• CFX/FiveM identifiers (e.g., license ID, Steam ID, Discord ID)

• User-submitted data via applications or forms (e.g., police applications)
• Screenshots of your gameplay screen captured by staff moderation tools or automated systems
• DOB (Date of Birth) Application Stage Only

If you use our Discord server, we may also collect:

• Discord user ID, username, and roles
• Linked FiveM identifiers (if applicable)

We use your data to:

• Authenticate and identify players
• Maintain in-game character profiles and stats
• Moderate and enforce server rules

An exception to this is the Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera data, which can be accessed by any verified member of the server.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee 100% security due to the nature of the internet.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We may share data:

• With Discord or CFX as part of integration and identity validation
• With law enforcement or legal entities if required by law
• Internally, among staff and moderators, for rule enforcement
